📊 Summary Analytics

Summary Analytics - Taqtics would now provide a default landing page for Area manager and above roles which focuses on showing compliance across multiple business processes and location along with summarized table of action point and tickets.

🎨 UI Improvements (Landing Page & Reports)

  • Calendar View – Task in queue page now shows as a calendar view, focusing on the current day and nearby dates (2 days past, 2 future).

      Completed tasks show in past dates and upcoming ones show ahead, based on expiry time.
  • Landing Page – Updated interface with a modern and intuitive layout.
    • Creator Mode button is now in the sidebar with a language toggle and Help shortcut.

  • Reports – Complete UI revamp.
    • All report icons (Standard Report, Executive Dashboard, BI Dashboard) are clubbed into a single, intuitive drill-down section.

  • Store Reports – Download option added to export current data as CSV.
    • Date filter now supports a range (up to 30 days) instead of a single day.

🎨 Submission Report Enhancements (Themes, Branding & Visuals)

  • New Report Themes – Choose from four professionally designed layouts:
    • Prime Standard, Enterprise Classic, Modern Wave, Executive Minimal.
  • Color Variants – Each theme supports multiple color palettes including Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Orange and Purple.
  • Customizable Cover + Visual Section Charts – Add a branded cover page and section-level pictorial charts for clearer, more polished reporting output.
  • Refined Layouts – Improved spacing, typography and component styling for a cleaner, presentation-ready PDF.

📈 BI Dashboard Improvements (Including Heatmap & Charts)

  • Piecharts – Now support custom colored legends for defined value parameters.

  • Group Charts – Configurable to show both count and percentage values of responses.
  • Custom Font Color – BI Dashboard charts can now be customized with chosen font colors.
  • Heatmap Enhancements
    • Allows numerical range-based color coding.
    • Supports multiple X-axis fields to combine parameters and create multi-value heatmaps.
    • Enables nested drill-downs for deeper visualization when similar X & Y coordinates exist.
    • Allows sorting and saving based on alphabetical order or column aggregate values.

🧾 Response Trend of Past Submissions in Audits

  • Workflow – Submitters can now view past response trends for critical inspections and audits.
    • This helps auditors identify recurring failures or improvement patterns, allowing greater control on focus areas.

🏷️ Assets

  • Asset table report now shows changes, updates, and transfers in any asset column for selected periods.
  • Extended reminder window for asset expiry/maintenance: now from -90 to +30 days (previously -30 to +7).

  • Bulk update for asset items available under Upload Asset; supports 100-asset CSV templates.
  • Asset table now supports frontend sorting by Asset ID, Name, Created Date, and Updated Date.
  • Asset QR download now supports 1–3 QRs per page for bulk printing.

Action Points & Tickets

  • Bulk Action Point transfer feature – easily reassign in case a user is unavailable.
  • Tables and reports now show Overdue Status for tickets/action points with toggles for view options.
  • Ticket Tags can now be edited even after ticket creation.
  • TAT (Turnaround Time) can now display in minutes or hours (configurable per account).

🧮 Workflow & Approvals

  • Approvals UI Redesign – Approvals can now be viewed as a table or tile; pending ones appear first.
  • Advance Comment Dropdown – Enabled for questions with multiple selection answers.
  • Auditor View Mode – Auditor teams can now view drafts of other ongoing audits for better planning.
  • Submission Report Feedback – Web/PDF reports now show reviewer feedback for rejections or corrections.
  • Hybrid Hierarchy – Audit failure notifications can be routed differently per site.
  • Approver Visibility – Approvers/reviewers can now view complete details of submitters and reviewers.
  • Dependent Question Logic – Now works for multi-level forms (dependencies remain within the same level).
  • Final Audit Status Optimization – Review responses now determine the final value and status accurately.

👤 Manage Users

  • Bulk Update – Manage Users now supports bulk updates for both user list and tags, making admin updates faster.

🌐 Integrations (Zapier Support)

  • Zapier IntegrationAction Points and Approval workflows in Taqtics can now be connected to 8000+ external apps through Zapier.
    • This enables automation for updates, notifications, and escalations across tools like Slack, Asana, Gmail, and Sheets — without manual intervention.

🧰 Bug Fixes & Optimizations

  • Advance comments now show correctly in approvals.
  • Fixed report misalignment caused by special characters.
  • Fixed extra values appearing in CSV generation for missing submissions.
  • Improved visibility of child forms across reports (separate in My/Store/Process, combined in Org & Visual).

💬 Help & Language

  • Help Section – New help icon added to sidebar. Quick access to help docs, mobile app downloads, and support ticket submission.
  • New Languages Added:
    • Telugu (India)
    • Turkish
    • Bahasa (Indonesia)
