Purpose of Reports

Reports in Taqtics are designed to:
  • Give you visibility into day-to-day activities, audits, issues, and learning across your organization.
  • Help you spot compliance gaps, overdue tasks, and top performers—so you can resolve problems and reward successes faster.
  • Make your audits, checklists, issues, tickets, and asset logs actionable by transforming them into easy-to-read data.
  • Enable data-driven decisions with customizable charts, filters, and exports.

Who should use this?

Everyone with access!
  • Store Managers: Track action points, audits, staff training, and daily checklists for their assigned locations.
  • Regional/Area Managers: Compare process completion, health & compliance status, and task progress across multiple stores.
  • Admins: Oversee organization-wide reports, dig deeper into feature analytics, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Executives/CXOs: Use the Store Health & Compliance dashboard to view high-level trends, compliance stats, and overall business health.
  • Trainers & HR: Monitor completion of learning modules and training across staff.
  • Custom Dashboard Creators: Configure charts and dashboards tailored to specific KPIs, regions, or departments.
Your report access and visibility will depend on your role and designation—higher-level users (like admins and executives) see more organization-wide data, while others see what’s relevant to their mapped stores or teams.

Tip: If you want broader or more specific report access, ask your Admin to assign your designation to the correct Taqtics role. Access levels are defined by these roles—so mapping your designation properly unlocks the right data for your needs.
