What are Action Points?

Action Points in Taqtics help your team take immediate follow-up action on issues flagged during a process or audit. They act like mini-tickets — linked directly to specific questions in your workflow — and ensure nothing critical gets ignored.
They can either be manually created by the person filling the process or automatically triggered based on pre-set conditions (like selecting a "Non-Compliant" option). Every action point carries its own priority, assignee, deadline, and status — with a full trail of comments, attachments, and updates.
