Hybrid Assignee Profiles
  • Action points and approvals can now be routed even for employees without a fixed hierarchy. Up toย 15 profiles per storeย can be created and configured.
Approval Flow โ€“ Contextual Response Display
  • Approval workflows now allow one response parameter to be shown directly on the approval tile. This makes it easier to understand the context of each approval when multiple approvals are received.
Visual Report Enhancements
  • Visual Report PPTs can now be arranged by store name, making it easier to analyze store-level performance.
Assessment Scores by Sections
  • Assessments now display scores section-wise, offering deeper insights.
Mobile Web Adaptability
  • All core workflow web screens are now optimized for mobile browser usage.
Notification Indicators for Tabs
  • Tabs now show notification indicators for pending actions, helping users stay on top of tasks.
Comments & Attachments App Notifications
  • Users will now receive app notifications whenever new comments or attachments are added to tickets.
Public Form Image Capture Restriction (New Design Only)
  • Public form submissions are now restricted to camera-only image capture, ensuring authenticity.
Dependent Questions in Multi-Level Forms (Intra-Level Only)
  • Forms now support intra-level dependencies (e.g., within L1 or L2), allowing conditional workflows at the same level.
URL Auto-Detection
  • Pasted URLs are automatically detected and converted into clickable links. Long links are shortened for easier readability.
Rich Text Editor
  • Long answers, chats, and ticket descriptions now support rich text formatting for improved readability.
Addition of Closure Assignee
  • Action Points and Tickets now allow a dedicated closure assignee, improving clarity on responsibilities.
Custom Closure Rules in Auto Action Points
  • Closure can now be restricted either to the creator or to a defined closure assignee, giving more control over completion of action points.
Zapier โ€“ User Management Integration
  • User management (CRUD operations) is now supported via Zapier, enabling seamless integration with any HRMS or HRIS platform
Attendance โ€“ Undertime & Difference Tracking
  • Attendance tracking now shows undertime and difference calculations for more accurate reporting.
Email File Attachments
  • Users can now attach .eml and Outlook files to tickets, expanding supported file formats.
Public Form โ€“ Numeric Response Question Type and Dynamic Grid Question Type Support
  • Numeric Response and Dynamic Grid questions are now supported in Public Forms, making data collection more structured.
