Taqtics Web Release Notes — May 6, 2025
This release introduces several new features and enhancements across our BI Dashboards, Tickets, Action Points, Webhooks, Processes, and User Management modules.
New Features & Enhancements:
BI Dashboard:
- Pie Chart Maximized View: Added a maximized view option for better chart visualization.

- Non-Compliance Display: Question score graphs now display non-compliance data alongside compliance data.
- Subsection Compliance: Added subsection compliance values to the BI Dashboard data.
- Date Extraction: Added Week, Month, and Year value extraction capabilities.
- Chart Orientation: Bar charts now toggle between horizontal and vertical orientations.
Tickets & Action Points:
- Status Transition Notifications: Added notifications for all status transitions, including "on hold."
- Reject Status: Added "Reject" status for tickets, Tickets can be now marked as Rejected by Assignees, After marking it as Rejected the submitter can reopen or close rejected items.
- Creator Mode Configuration: Consolidated Ticket, Action Point, and Asset Ticket settings into a dedicated "Ticket and Action Point Configs" section.
- Auto Ticket Title Prefill: Auto Tickets now prefill titles with the last selected category level.
- Autoclosure Rules: Added new rules for automatic ticket closure based on completion status.
- Carry Forward Action Points: Added form setting to carry forward incomplete Action Points to next submission, preventing duplicates (Process & Audits Feature).
- Priority Control: Restricted assignees from changing priority on Auto Tickets and Action Points while maintaining this ability for manual items.
- Asset Ticket Assignee Mapping: Enabled automatic assignee mapping for Asset Tickets based on asset table categories.
Webhooks:
- Default Assignee for Failures: Added default assignee for failed webhook attempt notifications and handling.
- Configurable Event Updates: Added customizable webhook triggers for specific Ticket/AP events (OPEN, IN PROGRESS, COMPLETE, ReAssign, etc.).
- Feature-wise Enablement: Enabled webhook configuration on a per-feature basis.
- Authentication Configuration: Added optional API key authentication for all webhooks.
- Zapier Integration: Added Zapier support for expanded integration options.
Process, Audits & Reporting:
- Report Confidentiality Options: Added process report visibility controls:
- Submitter & Admin: Visible in "My Reports" and "Org Reports".
- Admin Only: Visible only to admins in "Org Reports".
- Subsequent Failure Enhancement: Extended audit reminder settings to support up to 3 subsequent failures.
- Zero Score Display: Enhanced reports to clearly show obtained score / applicable score, including zero scores.
- Non-Compliant Questions in Report: Added partial/non-compliant questions to Web & PDF submission reports.
- Dynamic Grid Excel Export: Added Dynamic Grid question support in Org Report exports, with separate worksheets per grid.
User Management:
- User Profile Tags: Added custom profile tags for user attributes (Emirati IDs, nationality, company, employment type).
Other:
- BODMAS Expression Editor: Enhanced formula creation with inline editing capability.
- Assessment Certificate Customization: Full certificate customization for assessments and quizzes
