How to Access Chats

  1. Login to Taqtics.
  1. From the left-hand menu (navigation sidebar), tap on β€œChat”.
  1. You’ll land on the Chat Home, where you can:
      • Start a Direct Message
      • Create or join a Group Channel

What You Can Do

1. Start a Direct Chat

Message anyone on your team instantly. Great for 1-on-1 nudges, clarifications, or follow-ups.
πŸ’‘ Example: Ask a Store Employee to finish their SOP or confirm a pending audit.

2. Create a Group Channel

Set up team-wide channels to drop important updates or share documents with multiple users.
Example Group Name: #Daily Store Updates
First Two Messages to Send:
  • β€œReminder: All stores must submit their Opening Checklist by 10:30 AM.”
  • β€œFYI: Tomato delivery to Delhi & Noida delayed. ETA is now 12:45 PM.”
You can also attach the Morning Checklist PDF or shift roster Excel file directly in the group.
