BI Dashboard
Unlike the Executive Dashboard (which shows high-level org metrics) or the Reports section (which gives fixed views like Store/Team/Org), the BI Dashboard is fully customizable. You can build your own visualizations and KPIs using different chart types, filtered exactly how you want.
Inside this section, you’ll find:
- Process & Workflow Dashboard → build dashboards from processes and audits, with the option to include action points.
- Ticket & Action Point Dashboard → track tickets or action points with auto-KPIs, a default line chart, and global filters.
- Common to All Dashboards → shared features like chart types, chart configuration, and dashboard management.
These are the same chart tools available inside your Process or Ticket/Action Point dashboards. This section just explains them once so you don’t have to repeat it for each dashboard.
Use BI Dashboards when you need custom insights beyond the fixed executive and report views.
