What is Profile in Taqtics

Your profile in Taqtics is where your basic identity lives — it tells the platform who you are, what store you belong to, and how to stay in touch. Whether you're a store manager or a frontline employee, your profile is linked to your designation and location, helping teams stay organized and connected.
Keeping your info up to date ensures smooth reporting, accurate tracking, and proper communication. From updating your name and store to verifying your phone and email, this space is your personal control center for all account-related details.

Add Your Profile Info

Here's how you update your personal info like name, designation, and reporting manager:
  1. Login to Taqtics
  1. Click your profile icon on the top right corner of the screen
  1. Select ‘User Profile’ from the dropdown
  1. Under the ‘Profile Info’ tab, you can:
      • Update your Name
      • Change the Store you’re mapped to
      • Update your Reporting Manager if your supervisor has changed
  1. Hit Save once done

This is super helpful when your role or store location changes.

Add & Verify Your Phone Number and Email

Keeping your contact info verified ensures you get reports, updates, and all important comms from Taqtics.
  1. Inside ‘User Profile’, go to the ‘Contact Info’ tab
  1. For Mobile Number:
      • Select your Country Code
      • Enter your Phone Number
      • Click Save
  1. For Email:
      • Your login email will already be shown
      • Tick the checkbox saying
        • “I consent to receive transactional reports and other emails from Taqtics”
      • Click Verify
      • Enter the OTP sent to your inbox
      • Once verified, you’re all set to receive updates on your email if configured!
