Assessments are standalone quizzes or knowledge checks created by Admins to evaluate store team understanding. Unlike Courses, there's no learning content — only questions that the user must answer.
They’re ideal for:

- Compliance tests after process or SOP changes ✅
- Surprise audits or refresher tests for staff 🧠
Assessments can include different question types, scoring logic, and even auto-generated certificates upon successful completion.
