How to Complete an Assessment

Assessments in Taqtics are formal learning checkpoints designed by your Admins to test knowledge across compliance, product training, SOPs, or brand standards. Unlike courses, assessments are typically single standalone tests with a clear pass/fail criterion and optional certificate generation.
Once assigned, users can complete assessments directly from the eLearning tab. Based on how the Admin has configured the settings, you may be able to:
  • View your submission results
  • See correct answers
  • Download a completion certificate

Step-by-Step: Complete an Assessment

  1. Log in to Taqtics
  1. From the left menu, click on β€œE-Learning.”.
  1. Switch to the Assessment Tab
      • On the top of the screen, you’ll see two sections:
        • My Courses and Assessment
      • Click on Assessment.
  1. Find and Click on your Assigned Assessment
    1. Assessments will appear under the time slot they’ve been scheduled for.
  1. Start the Assessment
      • Click the Start button to begin answering questions.
      • Complete all questions and click Submit when you're done.
  1. View Your Submission (if enabled)
      • If the β€œShow Result” setting is turned on by your Admin, you’ll see your submission listed under the same assessment block.
      • Click on your Submission Row to open the submission page.
  1. Review Answers + Download Certificate (if applicable)
      • You’ll be able to see submission details (e.g., score, answers, etc.).
🚨
  1. To view answers or download the certificate as a submitter, both "Show Result" and "Generate Certificate" must be enabled in the assessment properties. However, Generate Certificate must be turned on for anyone (including Admins) to access certificates. Show Result is only required for submitters to view/download their own certificate.
  1. Avoid using the back button while filling an assessment. Doing so will auto-submit the form with your current progress, and you won’t be able to retake it unless reassigned. Always complete the assessment in one go.
