1. I forgot my Taqtics login password. How do I reset it?

Reset Your Password
Forgot your password? No stress. Here’s how you can reset it:
  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
  1. A reset page will open. Enter your registered email ID and hit Submit.
  1. You’ll get a reset code in your email (check Spam/Promotions if you don’t see it).
  1. Enter that code on the page.
  1. Set your new password and confirm it.
  1. Done ✅ — log in with your new password.
Still no luck? Reach out to your Admin to confirm your registered email.

2. Can I log in from my phone?

Yes! Taqtics works on both desktop and mobile browsers.
  • Best experience → Chrome on Android, Safari on iOS.

3. Why don’t I see all the features on my home screen?

Feature access depends on your role and permissions set by your Admin.
  • Access in Taqtics = Your Role.
  • Your designation (like Store Manager, Supervisor, etc.) gets mapped to a Taqtics Role.
  • Taqtics has predefined roles (around 5–6) and each role comes with fixed feature access.
  • What you see (or don’t see) in the app depends on which role your Admin has assigned you.
If something’s missing, ask your Taqtics Admin to check your role mapping.
If a Feature is missing, check with your Taqtics Administrator.

4. How do I update my store or user details?

Go to Profile Settings → Account Info.
  • If fields are locked, only your Admin can edit them (e.g., Store assignment).

5. How do I update notification preferences?

Go to Profile Settings → Notifications.
  • You can adjust email alerts, and notification settings from here.

📋 Processes & Audits

6. I submitted a process/audit, but I can’t see it in reports. Why?

Your entry only appears in reports once it’s synced successfully.
  • Check if you clicked Submit.
  • Verify your internet connection.
  • If still missing, contact your Admin.

7. Can I raise an issue if I find a problem during a process?

Yes. You can raise a Action Point (if enabled by your Admin) directly from the process question.
  • This ensures your issue is tracked and resolved within the workflow.

📊 Reports & Data

8. How do I download reports of completed audits or processes?

Go to the respective Reports section → click Download CSV.
  • The CSV file includes all configured fields for that process/audit.
  • For filtered data, apply filters before downloading.

9. Why am I not receiving notifications from Taqtics?

Check these quick fixes:
  • Verify notifications are enabled in Profile Settings.
  • Confirm your email ID is verified.
  • Check Spam/Promotions folder.
  • Still no notifications? Confirm with your Admin whether notifications are activated for your user account.

🛠 Troubleshooting

10. I see the wrong store in my checklist. What should I do?

This usually happens if your user-store mapping is incorrect in Process/Audit assignment.
  • Ask your Admin to check process or audit assignment and correct your store mapping.
  • Once updated, your To Do list will sync correctly.

11. I received a notification for an assignment, but nothing shows when I open it. Why?

This may happen if:
  • The Admin recalled the assignment after launch (due to an error or wrong assignment).
  • Sync delay on your device. Refresh or re-login to check again.
