Ticket & Action Point Dashboard

Ticket & Action Point Dashboard

The Ticket & Action Point Dashboard lets you build custom views for tracking tickets (normal or asset-linked) and action points. Unlike the Process & Workflow dashboard, these dashboards don’t show a “Live” view — you always access them via Past Records → View.

Creating a New Ticket Dashboard

  1. Click Add under the Ticket tab.
  1. Fill the dialog box:
      • Title → name of your dashboard.
      • Type → choose Normal Ticket or Asset Ticket.
      • Owners → users who control the dashboard (can edit).
      • Assignees → main users who will use and interact with this dashboard.
      • Read-only Assignees → users who can view but not edit.
  1. Click Add → a new row appears in the grid.
Grid Columns:
  • Title → dashboard name.
  • Charts Count → no. of charts inside.
  • Past Records (View) → enter the dashboard.
  • Action → edit or delete.

Creating a New Action Point Dashboard

  1. Go to the Action Point tab → click Add.
  1. Fill the dialog box:
      • Title → name of your dashboard.
      • Processes → link action points from a specific process.
      • Owners, Assignees, Read-only Assignees → same meaning as in Ticket dashboard.
  1. Save to create.

Inside the Dashboard

When you open a Ticket or Action Point dashboard:
  • Default View → KPIs (Open, On Hold, Completed, Closed, Avg. Completion Time, Avg. Closure Time) and a line chart of created/completed/closed over time.
  • Grandfather Filter → filter the whole dashboard by Concept, Sub-concept, Store Category, Stores, Process, Date Range.
  • Download → export dashboard as PDF, PPT, or Interactive PPT.
  • Reset / Arrange Charts / Save → same as Process & Workflow dashboards.

Key Notes

  • No “Live” vs “Current Period” toggle here — all access is via Past Records → View.
  • Default KPIs and line chart are always present; everything else is customizable.
  • Assignee roles:
    • Owner: full control.
    • Assignee: active user of the dashboard.
    • Read-only: view-only.

👉 Next, do you want me to handle “Common to All Dashboards” (charts + config + management) as the third father page? That will wrap up the whole BI Dashboard structure neatly.
