What are tags in Taqtics
Tags in Taqtics help you organize and automate actions across multiple features β from assigning processes to users, to triggering auto-tickets or filtering reports.
Whether youβre setting up advanced dropdowns, creating assignee cohorts, or tagging questions for reporting β this is your control room. Once tags are configured here, they become reusable across your processes, audits, action points, tickets, and even analytics dashboards.

Adv Dropdown Tag
This tag type powers smart dropdown questions in your processes and audits.
Once published, these tags load automatically into any dropdown question linked to them β and those user assignments can even power auto-action points.
Steps to Set Up an Advanced Dropdown
- Login to Taqtics and click on Creator Mode
- Head to Manage Tags β open the Adv Dropdown Tag tab
- Click
Create Tag
- Add a Root Tag Name (e.g., Supplier or Zone)
- Add dropdown values under the tag (e.g., North, West, South)
- Optional: [For each tag value, assign users (who should handle items related to that tag)]
- Hit Publish to save your dropdown logic
Thatβs it. Your advanced dropdown is now ready to use in any relevant process question.
Assignee Profile
Tired of manually selecting users and stores every time you assign a feature? Thatβs where Assignee Profiles come in.
These are reusable cohorts of users + stores that you can name and save. Once set up, you can apply them across Taqtics β whether you're assigning a Process, Audit, Action Point, or even a Learning module.
π Think of it as a pre-saved bundle of people + locations.
How to Create or Edit an Assignee Profile
- Go to Creator Mode
- Click on Manage Tags β select the Assignee Profile tab
- Hit
Create New Profile
- Give your profile a name (e.g. North Zone Ops, VM Leads)
- Add one or more stores
- Add one or more users
- Hit Save
Thatβs it β your profile is now ready to use anywhere that supports assignee selection.
βοΈ Need to make changes? You can always always come back and edit the name, stores, or users later.
Process Tags
These will be present under the select your tag while creating a new process or audit by the person who is configuring.
The person who is filling can filter his assigned process and audit based on these process tags.
Process Tags let you organize your checklists smartly β by category, department, location type, or anything you want. These tags are added while creating a new process or audit, and help users easily filter what's assigned to them.

π οΈ How to Add Process Tags
- Head to Creator Mode
- Start creating a new Process (or Audit)
- In the first step, look for the field:
Select your tag
- Click and choose from the available process tags
- You can select multiple tags if needed
- Complete the rest of your process setup as usual and publish
β These tags are what help users filter their checklist view from the home screen or reporting section.
