Public Forms in Taqtics are designed for collecting inputs from outside your company — such as customer surveys, vendor feedback, or third-party assessments. Unlike internal processes or audits, a public form can be opened by anyone with a link or QR code.

How to Fill a Public Form
- Get the link or QR code
- Your company will share either a public URL or QR code.
- Open the form
- Scan the QR code using any mobile scanner, or click the shared link.
- The form will open in your browser — no login required.
- View the configured form
- You’ll see the form exactly as configured by your company (logo, instructions, colors, and mandatory fields).
- The setup may include instructions text, brand elements, and required fields like email or phone number.
- Fill and submit
- Answer the questions provided.
- When done, hit Submit.
- Confirmation
- After submission, you’ll see a Thank You message or final screen, based on how the form was configured.
