This section is your complete guide to filling any assigned audit in Taqtics — whether you want to complete it in one go, save your progress midway, or submit it for a different date (if allowed). You’ll learn how to start an audit checklist, save and resume it later, delete a draft if needed, and even submit for future or past dates, if configured.

Start and submit Audit

Starting an audit means beginning the checklist that’s been assigned to you. Once you’ve answered all required questions, you can submit it directly.
Follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Taqtics account.
  1. From the left menu, click on “Tasks”.
  1. You’ll see all assigned checklists under the Audit tab.
  1. Use the search bar to find the checklist by name.
  1. Click on the checklist card to open it.
  1. Choose the store/location you’re filling it for.
  1. Click “Start” to begin answering the questions.
  1. Once done, tap “Submit” to complete the audit.

Save and Continue, or Discard Your Draft

Sometimes you may start an audit but need to pause. No worries — your progress can be saved and resumed later. You can also choose to discard your draft and begin fresh if needed.

Save and Continue Your Draft

  1. Start filling your assigned audit.
  1. Instead of submitting, click Save to store your progress as a draft.
  1. Later, go to Tasks from the left-hand menu and click the same audit.
  1. On the Audit Details Page, under the In Progress section, click Continue to resume.
💡 Your draft syncs across mobile and web app — pick up from wherever you left off.

How to discard your saved draft:

  1. On the same Audit Details Page, under the In Progress section, click Discard.
  1. A confirmation message will pop up. Click Yes to delete your saved draft.
  1. Now you’ll see the option to Start a fresh submission.

Submit an Audit for a Different Date

Need to fill a checklist for tomorrow or backdate a missed one? You can do both using the Submit for Future or Past Dates setting.
  1. Log in to your Taqtics account.
  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Tasks.
  1. Find and click on the assigned audit you want to fill.
  1. On the Audit Details Page, tick the checkbox that says Submit for Future or Past Dates.
  1. A calendar will appear — select the date you want to submit the audit for.
  1. Click Start, complete the form, and Submit like usual.
