The Learning Reports section helps you track training progress at different levels — from your own submissions up to the whole organization. It has four main views:
- My Report → See only your own submissions.
- Store Report → Track progress store by store, and drill down into employees and their detailed learning reports.
- Team Report → Track learning progress of your direct reports (based on supervisor hierarchy in Manage Users).
- Org Report → Get an org-wide view of courses, employees, and quiz performance.
